Moringa oil

Moringa Oleifera is grown in almost all tropical regions, particularly in India for the production of its fruit, which is eaten cooked and exported fresh or preserved. This food plant can grow to around ten metres in height. It grows quickly, even in poor soil, and suffers little from drought. Virgin oil is extracted by first cold pressing the seeds. Moringa oil has been best known for over a century under the name BEN or Behan oil. It is used in cooking. It is as famous as Florence oil for its clear, smokeless light when burnt in the lampion.
